A Tentative Map and Design Review permit to construct a Mixed-Use project containing 49 multi-family attached units and a 3,000± square foot office space in conjunction with the realignment of Depot Street through the Community Cultural Center (CCC) parking lot to the E. Dunne Avenue and Church Street intersection.
Hale Lumber Site is located on the east side of Depot Street, north of East Dunne Avenue. (APN: 726-13-049)
The project was publicly noticed for the City Council meeting held on October 2, 2019. Notifications were mailed out to adjacent property owners within 300-feet of the project site and a newspaper legal ad for a minimum of a 10-day period.

- April 18, 2018 (html) – ENA was presented and approved by City Council.
- July 24, 2018 (html) – Planning Commission Workshop on Downtown Housing and Retail Capacity, Trends, and Opportunities.
- August 21, 2018 (html) – Presentation to the Parks and Recreation Commission for the opportunity to purchase the 3,000 square foot office space within the proposed development. Parks and Recreation Commission recommended approval to City Council.
- September 5, 2018 (html) – Presented opportunity to purchase the 3,000 sq. ft. office building for non-profits.
- October 3, 2018 (html) – City Council approved a Disposition Development Agreement memorializing the realignment of Depot Street, the parking lot enhancements for the CCC, the development of office space within the mixed-use project site, and the vacation of Depot Street.

- April 17, 2019 (html) – City Council approved the RDCS Development Agreement for the 49 allotments.
